Vitthal Tallur is the Founder & CTO of CityQuants. He brings over a decade of expertise in Derivatives & Algorithmic trading. His vision drives CityQuants's mission to bring institutional-grade analytics to every retail trader in India. The founders believe that sustainable wealth creation is achieved not through short-term speculation but through disciplined processes, robust risk management, and scalable systems.
Rahul Karakulle is the Co-Founder & CTO of CityQuants. With extensive professional experience in Futures & Options Research, Rahul leads CityQuants's product and research divisions. His expertise in market dynamics and deep understanding of trader psychology shapes the platform's analytical approach and drives innovation across all product lines.

Our Hyderabad office manages south India trader communities and education initiatives. The team runs regional webinars, onboarding programmes, and works closely with local brokers and institutions.
Pune hosts our dedicated Options Education Centre — the venue for our flagship certification programmes, in-person workshops, and trader bootcamps. Thousands of students have trained here.
